You can specify your visual impairment with our category "Accessibility" in your account settings.
Activate the category "visual impairment" by typing on the right button. Our drivers will be informed and will take extra care when they arrive at your stop and actively look for you
Additionally, if you are visually impaired, you can adjust the colour settings or use dynamic fonds. If you are blind you can also be operated acoustically via ''Voice Over'' (iOS) or ''Talkback'' (Android)
To guide you safely to your virtual stop, you can use additional support features such as BlindSquare (for iOS) or Lazarillo (for iOS and Android)
These programs provide a lot of functionalities and information helping you to guide you through the city and to your MOIA stop even more easily and safely
