After the booking you will be forwarded to our your trip overview automatically. Here you have all important information about your trip.
This help article offers answers to the following questions
Current status of your MOIA and pick up time
- First of all you see the arrival time of your MOIA at your stop. The calculation takes into account the current traffic situation and can change to be earlier or later. The estimated arrival time on your trip overview is always updating and live
- Above this information, you can also find the number of your MOIA. Additionally you will find an information how often your MOIA will stop on its way to let other people join or leave the vehicle. You will not see the number and location of your MOIA until about three minutes before departure. We first confirm your MOIA booking, then specify which MOIA will pick you up. This means we can always choose the best MOIA for you at any moment by including the entire fleet, possible cancellations, and the current traffic situation. If you want, these details can also be sent in a push notification. Tapping this button will show you the vehicle on your map, so you can see and follow its current location
Your Drop off time
- You can always drag up the white information panel, for example in order to see your drop off time
- You will arrive at your drop off location within this time-window. No matter how many people might get pooled into your trip, we will make sure, that your drop off time will stay inside the promised time-window
- You will see a golden progress bar that represents your current trip status relatively to your drop off time once you are picked up. Your estimated time of arrival will be highlighted on the trip timeline with “estimated” notion on top
- So in this case, for example, you would arrive between 10:27 and 10:42 at your drop off location at “Stadthausbrücke 8”, but not later than that (provided there are no unexpected traffic issues)
Walking time to your destination
- This is the walking time from our virtual drop off stop to your final destination. We will stick to what we promise during the offer. By clicking the icon on the right side you will have the option to open the pedestrian guidance feature
4. Live Activities
All iPhone users (from iOS 16.2) can now also view their trip details in real time on the lock screen with the Live Activities feature. It will tell you the time, stop and MOIA number of the pick-up or drop-off. Tipping and feedback features have also been integrated via Live Activities.
