When will my MOIA pick me up?

The vehicle selected for your trip will pick you up at the time and at the MOIA stop displayed in your trip overview
In order to satisfy your mobility needs even better, we consider even more options to find the perfect MOIA for you. We first confirm your MOIA booking, then specify which MOIA will pick you up. This means we can always choose the best MOIA for you at any moment by including the entire fleet, possible cancellations, and the current traffic situation. We keep all options open until 3 minutes before departure

3 minutes before pick up, your MOIA number will be shown on the vehicle button. You can follow your vehicle's trip to your MOIA stop in realtime in the app by tapping on the vehicle button once your vehicle is assigned. If you want, these details can also be sent via push notification

Please be on time, our MOIAs cannot wait for you because other customers would have to expect delayed trips as well
If the driver does not meet you at the stop, we will unfortunately have to charge you for the no-show. You can find more information here
