If you have a prebooking, the cancellation works different, because the ride will be active only about one hour before the scheduled pick-up time
You will find a button with your inactive pre-orders in the top right corner of the home screen after your prebooking. Tap on the button and select the tripe you want to cancel
When you cancel, you may also receive some notices that cancellation fees applies
The following conditions currently apply to our cancellation policy (subject to change)
Fees are charged for cancellations at short notice, from 10 minutes before the the originally scheduled pick-up time
The fee is maximum 5 €. If your fare is lower than 5 €, the fee is equal to the amount of the fare
If you cancel for the third time within 15min, we also charge a cancellation fee
Cancellation fees do not apply if we do not expect to be able to meet the offered arrival time window at the time of cancellation and this has been indicated in the app
According to our terms and conditions, you are required to wait up to 15 minutes for your MOIA. However, cancellation fees will be cancelled if we are 10 minutes late with the pick-up
If there are any charges for your cancellation, you will be informed about it in the app
We want to sensitize with the notices in the app that cancellations should be handled consciously
Every cancellation affects our efficacy and furthermore the seats of other passengers are blocked
After the cancellation, you will be asked for the reason
Since we are constantly working on improvements, we would appreciate it if you select one of the reasons given there. This will help us to optimize our service
