- Your autonomous MOIA will arrive at the virtual pick-up point shown in the MOIA app
- Please make sure to be there on time, as we cannot guarantee any waiting time
- Also, be sure to watch out for other road users when approaching the vehicle
- Once you are at the pick-up point and see your MOIA, you will be notified in the MOIA app when the vehicle is ready for boarding
- Tap on “Open check-in”

Authentication for boarding will take place in the view that opens
- Now tap on “Check in now” and authenticate yourself for the ride
- Once successfully authorized, the door of your autonomous MOIA will open automatically
- If you experience any issues during check-in, our control center will step in and open the door for you
- After authentication, the view in your MOIA app will change again
- Enter the vehicle, choose a seat, and make yourself comfortable
- In order for the ride to start, you must fasten your seatbelt
- Fastening your seatbelt is part of the safety check carried out remotely by our control center before departure. The ride will only be approved once all requirements are met
