- Your autonomous MOIA will appear at the virtual stop displayed in the MOIA app
- Please ensure you arrive on time, as we cannot guarantee a waiting time
- Be sure to watch out for other road users as you approach the vehicle
- You will receive a notification in the MOIA app when the vehicle is ready to boar
- Tap on "Start check-in"
- Authentication for accessing your MOIA takes place via NFC
- NFC stands for "Near Field Communication"
- NFC enables simple data exchange between two devices.
- On the iPhone, NFC is switched on by default and is automatically activated when the device is used
- If you are using an Android device, you must ensure that NFC is activated in your system settings.
- Otherwise, you will be asked to activate NFC in your settings
- NFC is used, for example, for contactless payments at supermarket payment terminals
- In this case, your smartphone communicates with the door of our autonomous MOIA
- The range of NFC is short. You have to hold your smartphone very close to the door (a few centimetres). A glowing symbol on the door below an arrow shows you the exact location where you need to place your smartphone to establish the connection
- After successful authorization, the door of your autonomous MOIA will open automatically
- If the authorization fails, you will be redirected back to the entry screen (see above). You then have the option of performing the check-in with NFC again
- Alternatively, you can also check-in manually. Please follow the instructions on your phone
- If this option also fails, our fleet control center will intervene and open the door for you
- After authentication, the screen on your MOIA app will change again
- Get into the vehicle, choose a seat and make yourself comfortable
- You must fasten your seatbelt before the ride can start
- Fastening your seatbelt is part of the cabin safety check that our fleet control center performs remotely before departure. Only if all requirements are fulfilled the ride be authorized by the fleet control centre
