The trip overview will open automatically after the binding booking or, in the case of a prebooking, about 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time
It includes information such as
the pickup time
possible delays for the pick-up
the current location of your MOIA
the virtual stops for your pick-up and drop-off
a pedestrian guidance (shown as an arrow on the right side of the screen), which allows you to be guided acoustically and visually from the starting point to the pick-up point and from the drop-off point to your destination
the targeted arrival time window
possible delays of your arrival time
If the driver does not meet you on the offered stop, the booking need to be cancelled via the driver
This is called a "no-show"
No-shows are very unfortunate, as we have taken all important precautions to reliably drive you to your destination
Our efficiency decreases from these canceled trips and also the availability for other passengers will be reduced
Therefore, we have to deduct a fee from your deposited payment method in case a no-show will happen shortly
The following conditions apply in the event of a no-show:
Fees are charged if the pick-up time displayed in the app was exceeded and the driver did not meet you in the immediate area of the virtual stop
The maximum fee is 7 Euro. If your fare is lower than 7 Euro, the fee is the amount of the fare
The fee will not be charged if the driver had to cancel the trip due to traffic conditions or other unforeseen circumstances
Please note that we cannot offer a general waiting time with our service. A possible waiting time is always at the discretion of the driver. It depends on the traffic situation on the spot and also on possible follow-up orders
It can happen that the driver sometimes arrives too early at the pick-up location. Then, of course, he/she waits until the pick-up time displayed in your app is reached. Otherwise, it is usual for your driver to leave on time
Therefore, please always check at the beginning of your ride if you have the possibility to arrive on time at the pickup point and check the app regularly
A canceled trip cannot be reactivated. Even if you reach the MOIA afterwards, the trip is deleted from the system. Please book a new MOIA
You will be informed about the fee in the app and you will also receive an invoice by mail
