- The following are considered hvv subscriptions:
- Job tickets (Profi-Tickets) or key account subscriptions
- Semester tickets, student and trainee tickets in subscription
- "hvv Deutschlandticket" for 49€
- Single ticket or day tickets are not accepted!
- We will take 1 euro off each MOIA ride if you activated this partnership in your account
- To enjoy this special discount, all you need to do is have a valid hvv subscription, store it in your account and take your hvv card with you on every MOIA ride
- This discount is applied to the final trip price, not to individual riders
- Please note that this discount is only valid for 30 days. However, you are free to renew it again, as long as you still have a valid hvv subscription
- The hvv discount can not be discounted after the trip if the hvv partnership wans´t stored in the correct way in your account
- To set it up through the app you need to follow these simple steps:
- Open the app and on the menu tap on “View profile”
- In your profile, in the “Settings” section, select “hvv partnership”
- You will access a new screen where you can activate the hvv partnership. To do so, simply tap on “I have an hvv subscription”
- Before we can activate the partnership and give you the discount, we ask you to confirm a few statements, to make sure you are aware of the conditions

Once the status is applied to your profile, you will see a change in the hvv partnership screen. You will see the active status indicated by the first checkmark “1 € discount on every MOIA ride”. On this screen, you can also remove the partnership by tapping on the button “Remove perk”
You will not receive a notification about the expiration of your hvv partnership!
To extend the deadline, you have to do this manually in your account.
Therefore, please set yourself a reminder when the deadline expires.
Ideally, you will update your account a few days before the expiration date, so that everything works smoothly for your next booking.
To do this, tap on the "Remove perk" button in the hvv partnership section and simply follow the steps described above to store it again.
The 30 days period will be reniewed.
