“MOIA Move” is the loyalty programme from the MOIA mobility service. The aim is to reward customer loyalty and offer an incentive to use MOIA.
Participation in MOIA Move is voluntary and only following prior explicit registration. Registering with MOIA does not automatically include registration to MOIA Move.
Participants can complete missions and in doing so unlock vouchers and other rewards.
Missions unlocked and completed on the given date and the conditions to successfully complete them can be found here
Only the first participants to successfully complete a specific mission get to enjoy the reward. The number of the possible winners in each case is stated in the help section in the conditions of the respective mission.
All participants automatically take part in all missions unlocked on the given date. All actions of the participants count towards each mission.
It is possible for participants to win several missions.
It is not possible to credit customer actions taken prior to registering with MOIA Move.
It is not possible to transfer any missions or part-missions already completed to another customer or account.
The transfer of an account or use of an account by different people is not permitted.
There is no entitlement to information about the current ranking of a mission or a participant.
Any breach of the user conditions will result in the withdrawal of all (part-)missions achieved up until then.
For multiple breaches, MOIA reserves the right to prohibit the customer from any further participation in MOIA Move.
In all other respects the MOIA user conditions apply.
