- You get access to your account via a six-digit confirmation code which we will send to your e-mail address
- For an even safer and faster registration and login process, we will soon switch from e-mail confirmation to sms confirmation
- When confirming via e-mail, you will receive an e-mail from noreply@welcome.moia-mail.io. Please make sure that your e-mail address is spelled correctly and check your spam folder

You can either remember the code from the e-mail and enter it in the app manually or you can use the log-in button that you can find in the same mail
- Make sure that the app remains open in the background when tapping the log-in button, otherwise the code will expire and you have to request a new one
- After 30 seconds, a button will appear under the code input field, enabling you to request a new code
