It is compulsory to wear a mask (Update from 29th of April 2022)

- Children, between 6 and 14 are required to wear at least a medical mask
- All other age groups are required to wear at least a FFP-2 mask (or higher protection standard) in the passenger space
- We have to refuse or prematurely terminate a trip in case of ignoring these regulations
Regular cleaning
- During times of operation, the vehicles are regularly cleaned
Disinfection wipes on board
- Free disinfection wipes are waiting for you at pickup
QR codes for contact tracking
- As an additional, individually usable security measure, we offer you to check-in to the Corona Warn App for the duration of your ride
- You can then check-in from the comfort of your seat
- The use of the QR codes is voluntary and will not be checked by our drivers
- The QR code can be used to track "event-based risk encounters" and thus also make it easier to identify where you might have become infected
Contactless trips
- Through our automatic door opening and the payment via our app, further contacts are avoided
Precautions at our hubs
- At our hubs, all employees are required to wear masks
- Implementation of comprehensive employee training courses on infection protection
- We have tightened up the safety related precautions at our hubs (for example by applying distance lines on the floors)
