From 7 April, we will be participating in the City of Hamburg’s coronavirus measures and will be working on the city’s behalf once again to provide you with night rides from midnight until 6:00 am
-
The offer will initially apply until 02 May and is exclusively aimed at working people who need to stay mobile despite the night-time curfew in place in Hamburg – for example, because their shift starts or ends at night
- Each passenger must have a valid HVV ticket for the ride. The trip is free of charge. This HVV ticket will be checked by our drivers. Other passengers are not transported
-
As always, you can book your night ride via the MOIA app. We are temporarily expanding our service area to include the entire city of Hamburg. We will stop at all the virtual stops within our usual service area. In all areas beyond this, our MOIAs will stop at HVV stops
-
In addition, special safety measures will continue to apply on board to protect drivers and passengers:
-
The wearing of a medical mask (surgical mask or FFP2 mask) during the ride is mandatory
-
The number of passengers is limited to a maximum of 3 persons
-
For the protection of passengers and drivers, the driver's area is separated from the passenger compartment by a foil
-
Drivers are regularly tested for Corona infections
-
The vehicles are cleaned regularly during the operating time and also have disinfectant on board
-
What other measures we take (e.g. at our depots) you can find here
-
- We are pleased that our night service is able to make an important contribution to the city of Hamburg in this special situation
- When we will be available again, regularly and during the day: We'll keep you posted. See you soon and please continue to take good care of yourself
