Please ensure that you register using the latest verification code. This is the one that we sent you as soon as you provided your e-mail address. Please do not try to register with an older code – it won’t work.
If it still doesn’t work, this could be for one of several reasons:
- Please log on with the e-mail address which you have used register in the app.
- Please check your spam folder, in case the e-mail containing the code has ended up there.
If none of the aforementioned points apply, you can simply have a new code sent to you. After 15 seconds, a button will appear under the code input field, enabling you to request a new code.
