Have you noticed an account charge from us that you feel is too high or that should never have been taken in the first place? If so, please contact us via “Payments and invoices” under “Submit inquiry.” We will look into it right away.
But before contacting us, please carefully observe the following:
- When verifying your means of payment, we may need to make a test charge of €1. We will cancel this charge immediately and you will not be left out of pocket. This enables us to prevent card misuse.
- Take another close look at your prior journeys – it could be that you can match the payment to a completed journey after all.
- And ask your family and friends. They often use the user’s account or means of payment and might just have forgotten to mention it.
