Each passenger receives their invoice at their e-mail address – as soon as the journey is over. It might be worth having a look in your spam folder if you can’t find your invoice right away.
Do you need access to your old invoices? Just go to the menu item “Your trips” in your profile. There, you will find all the invoices of your completed MOIA trips and can open and download them as often as you like.
