After your trip has ended you will receive the invoice as a PDF file sent to your e-mail address
Tip receipts will be sent to you separately via mail
Please check your spam folder if you can’t find your invoice or tipping receipt right away
You also have the possibility to subsequently receive invoices for other completed trips
To do this, tap on the menu item 'your journeys' in your profile in our app and select which invoices you would like to receive
On the invoices you will also find an invoice number. Please mention this number to our customer service team if you have any questions about your invoice
