How do I receive invoices and receipts?
- After your trip has ended you will receive the invoice as a PDF file sent to your e-mail address
- Tip receipts will be sent to you separately via mail
- Please check your spam folder if you can’t find your invoice or tipping receipt right away
- You also have the possibility to subsequently receive invoices for other completed trips
- To do this, tap on the menu item 'your journeys' in your profile in our app and select which invoices you would like to receive
- On the invoices you will also find an invoice number. Please mention this number to our customer service team if you have any questions about your invoice
