Due to our concession, our drivers are not allowed to drop you off directly at your destination or at any different location from one of our stops
In case of a deviation the driver risks that we lose our permission to offer our service
With your booking you agree to the selected stops and receive them bindingly
A ride can be terminated at the booked destination or at any other passenger's stop reached before
In urgent cases our driver will drop you off where you can exit the vehicle safely in cases of emergency
You share the ride with other MOIA customers with similar destinations. In order to allow everyone to arrive on time, it is not possible to change destination during the journey
However, what you can do is to book a new vehicle once you have ended your current journey
