When do I reach the customer service?
- If you have a question that cannot be answered in our help center or if you want to give us feedback on our service - MOIA is at your side, personally and competently
- Our customer service can be reached at any time by writing a message via the contact form
- Our team answers inquiries in this way via email from Monday to Friday between 09:00 am - 06:00 pm. Normally we do not need longer than 24 hours until you get a first answer
- We ask for your understanding that inquiries received via another channel or at the weekend may take a little longer to answer
- If preferred, a telephone call can be arranged
- For urgent lost and found inquiries, a member of our staff is always available during our business hours
