How do I delete my account?

We regret that you want to delete your account. Even if we would like to keep you as a customer, we will of course comply with your request
To delete your account you can
Either:
- Open the MOIA App, select the menu at the top left and go into “Your profile”
- Inside “Your profile”, scroll down to the “Settings” section select “Account & Privacy”

Alternatively
- send us a message from your e-mail address registered at MOIA
- with the subject: deletion of my personal data
- to: datarequest@moia.io
Together with your account all associated data we store will be deleted. Once this is done, you will receive a written confirmation via mail to complete the process
