In future, it will also be possible to renew your Free ride status digitally. You ONLY need to visit the MOIA Assist Center at the ZOB if your status has never been registered before or if your old severely disabled pass expired more than 90 days ago.
What do I need to bear in mind?
- You are currently registered with us with free travel status.
- Your severely disabled pass is valid for longer than the token.
- Your token has been reissued.
- Take a photo or scan of the front of both documents so that they are legible and can be recognized in their original color (black and white copies are not valid).
- Select the appropriate category in our contact form.
- Enter the required data for your account.
- Upload the photos and submit your request.
- After we receive your request, you will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt.
- The extension will be entered within 48 hours/2 working days (Mon-Fri).
- You will then receive an email confirming that the extension has been processed/completed.
- Only after receiving this email can you be sure that your status has been extended.
- If the old token is still valid, it must still be shown to the MOIA driver.
