- Autonomous driving is a new technology, and as a tester, you are one of the first to experience it
- That's why we are curious to know if you were satisfied with the ride, if it was comfortable, if you felt safe, what you liked and what you might not have liked
- Knowing where we need to improve is crucial to our success. That's why we ask you to take part in our surveys and interviews as often as possible and to provide feedback in the MOIA app after each ride
- The surveys and interviews are voluntary and are used to conduct detailed research on selected topics. You will be contacted individually by email
- Whenever you finish a ride, the mandatory feedback process starts in the app. This takes approx. 1-3 minutes. The feedback process must be completed before a new MOIA ride (autonomous or regular service) can be booked
- On the one hand, this is important because MOIA is also legally obliged to obtain feedback for every trip. Above all, however, we ask for your feedback in order to improve our service. Because your riding experience is important to us
