How do I register for the autonomous test phase and cancel it again?

To take part in the MOIA autonomous test phase as a pioneer, you must have installed the MOIA app, be registered and be at least 18 years old
Open the app menu on the left side of in the MOIA app
Tap on the "Autonomous rides" section in the app menu

In the following screen, we kindly ask you to accept the privacy policy
In addition, it is important that you answer truthfully to our question whether you wear a pacemaker. Our vehicles use sensors to interact with the environment. There are no studies to date on whether this technology has an impact on such pacemakers. As a precautionary measure, we are therefore unable to allow this group of people to take part in the test phase

Please confirm your email address if you haven´t done it yet
Answer a few questions and you will be added to our waiting list
We are pleased that you are interested in developing autonomous ridepooling with us, but we also ask for your understanding that we cannot consider all applicants
Please be patient after submitting your application
In addition, please refrain from inquiries about your application status

We will check your registration and add you to the test group once autonomous MOIAs are available
We will notify you by email. Please check your mailbox and also your spam folder regularly
In the email you will find a link to go directly to the MOIA app and to agree to our terms and conditions for autonomous driving
This only works if you access your emails on your smartphone and have the MOIA app installed. Alternatively, you can also find step-by-step instructions on how to activate yourself for the autonomous test phase
In the MOIA app under the menu item “Autonomous rides”, you still have to agree to our terms and conditions for autonomous driving and your voluntary participation in the extended research measures
Now you are part of the test group for autonomous driving and can actively help shape our autonomous ridepooling service. On your status page you will find further information about the test phase, help center and surveys. We look forward to your test drives and your regular feedback

You can end your participation in the autonomous test phase at any time in the MOIA app.
To do this, go to your autonomous test phase status page via the “Autonomous journeys” menu item
You will find the “Leave test phase” information at the bottom of the page

Briefly confirm that you want to exit the test phase. You are now no longer part of the autonomous test phase and can no longer book autonomous test rides. However, you can of course use the regular MOIA service as usual

You can go through the registration process again at any time during the test phase. However, there is no guarantee that you will be selected for the test group again
