In case of special MOIA Move missions you will get a reward after completing them
It will be sent to you by email
Please make sure you have the following settings enabled in your app throughout the mission timeline:
You’ve accepted the marketing permissions. To do that, navigate to "Your profile" > "Settings" > "Account & Privacy" > "Personalized marketing"
You’ve turned on email in the settings. To do that navigate to "Your profile" > "Settings" > "Account & Privacy" > "Email"
You’ve confirmed your email address. You can check this in your profile. If you haven’t confirmed your email address yet, you’ll find a hint with “Confirm now” and can do so here
If you’ve followed these steps and still haven’t received an email with your reward, please reach out to our customer service for help
